The Space:
The London Suite is a newly built inclusive studio apartment complete with all modern amenities, kitchen and bathroom. The London Suite is a stand alone structure on our property with a separate entrance. You have The London Suite to yourself in its entirety inclusive of utilities and wi-fi. You will be able to obtain the key through a lockbox, making check-in and check-out at your discretion.

We offer two sets of bed linens and stacks of towels.  The kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials: dishware, glassware, cutlery, plus a coffee maker as well as electric kettle, toaster oven and cookware for your convenience. We get you started with basic toiletries, coffee, tea, sweeteners, dish soap and cleaning supplies. You can restock as you choose.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in Silver Lake, one of Los Angeles’ desirable neighborhoods, on a flat street making the short, art-filled walk to this popular area’s many destination restaurants, cozy cafes, and one-of-a-kind shops easy and accessible. Silver Lake and its neighboring Echo Park and Los Feliz are some of the trendiest destinations of sunny Los Angeles. Every week we see a new distinctive restaurant or owner-operated specialty boutique open up, and we seem to never get our fill of coffee spots.

There’s a lot to see just walking down the street: our consecutive street art murals mixed with graffiti, our colorful locals with their characterful styles, and our one-of-a-kind, uniquely decorated establishments. Whether you’re looking for great food, great drinks, great culture in many forms, or nature, we can offer you everything minutes from our doorstep.

The Location:
We are in close proximity to DTLA, Hollywood, and Atwater Village and have many lists of local recommendations for you.
We are walking distance from the Beverly/Vermont Metro Red Line Station. The Red Line connects to to Hollywood and Universal Studios on one end and Downtown on the other, and from there to the Expo Line, which goes to the beach.
Uber/Lyft tend to show up very quickly, it is wise to be ready to go if you summon either of them.
There is plenty of curbside parking, please keep an eye out for street cleaning restrictions on Thursdays and Fridays.

To Keep in Mind:
There is no smoking inside The Suite or anywhere on the property. Also, please do not leave butts at the bottom of the driveway.
There is no washer/dryer on-site, but there is an eco-friendly laundromat that takes credit cards around the corner. They also offer same-day wash and fold service as well as dry cleaning.
Our place is not suitable for children and infants.
No pets.
No parties or events.
Our neighborhood is rapidly updating and there is the occasional construction taking place during reasonable hours.
For your protection and safety, there is a camera outside the Suite.
The space is only for guests pre-determined through our transaction. Please do not invite any other individual into the property.
